Willoughby City Council warmly invites you to our National Reconciliation Week Celebration.
This special event forms part of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and is held in conjunction with the Gai-mariagal Festival.
Join us as we honour National Reconciliation Week and reaffirm our commitment to truth-telling, cultural respect, and building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
This year’s theme, "Bridging Now to Next,” encourages us to reflect on the journey so far and continue walking together toward a more inclusive and respectful future.

Bridging Now and Next: Understanding Histories and Culture
A keynote address by Elder Susan Moylan-Coombs.
Cultural performance and creative presentation honouring Aboriginal and
Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures.
Bridge Installation
Share your reflections, hopes, or commitments by writing a message to be displayed on our symbolic Harbour Bridge.
Light Morning Tea will be served.
